Implementing: The implementation of your project will be rolled out within your organization as described and agreed upon in the implementation plan and statement of work.

Follow up: Service does not stop when the project ends.  We will contact you following the project completion to assure 100% satisfaction and functionality.  This communication is generally via phone call but may also be in email form.
